Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of your decision to return your item within 14 days of your purchase, and once notified, you then have 14 days to return the item to us. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: these include (i) any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and (ii) any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Late or missing refunds

If it has been more than 14 days since we notified you of the receipt of your returned items and you have not received a refund to your credit card or original method of payment, please contact us at customerservice@cascabelle.co.uk.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@cascabelle.co.uk.

Shipping

Returns should be mailed to: Cascabelle, PO Box 59544, London SE21 9BT.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Depending on the value of the returned item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot provide refunds for any items that have not been received.
